In today’s society, fitness is a very integral part of many people’s lifestyle. We choose very carefully the food that we eat, for it becomes the fuel to keep our energy up, and able to complete our daily routine or exercise activities that we may participate in. Exercise is also very important, as are the tools we choose to help us achieve the goals we want. One such tool is a bicycle. Choosing a bicycle can be a difficult thing, as we must first know what kind of riding we want to do. Will this be a bicycle that we take off road through the dirt or one that we will ride along a course or paved trail?
