    Sapphire is always trying to figure out how to out do itself with their graphic cards and this holds true with the HD3870.     Nice review AF, I do have one question. Does the cpu cooler setup also cool the memory chips? I know that some designs that are like the one on the card don't cool the memory chips and some do. Just wondering, that's all. Happy Modding to ya.

    Even when the fan was running at 100% on the test bench, during heavy testing, it was much, much more quite than any dual slot cooler I have tested. The Vapor-X cooler also helps remove the heat from the memory chips.
    So the answer would be yes :-)
