    Ex CPU Fan

I have a pair of AMD CPU fans (70mm 12v) and was wondering which of the 3 cables are which, so that I can connect them straight to my power supply.

A wee piccy of one of the fans.

I did something similar with old CPU fans. I used them as hdd coolers on my Twisted mod.

I bet you didnt mess it up first go!! If you look at the bracket, and the way the fans are facing....

I changed it now of course, thank god the glue wasnt dry!!

    DANG
I've had the same fan on my stock cooler and believe it or not, that thing BLOWS!!
Just don't do the same as I did.. left it on an unstabilised PSU (not from a PC) and it went way over 15V for like half an hour.. yeah, it did blow nice till it started to smoke
