Ummm... It's not lit yet in the pics. 3 UV ccfls with that green should replicate the ending scene from Raiders Of The Lost Ark.

@Bill - The wiring should be easy. You just need one of those colonoscopy cameras.
Nah, I really should apologize for that. All my builds are wiring nightmares. The fact that you are working with a transparent cube should make it even worse.

lol, no worries dude. Here is the CORE. Constructed from laser cut 1/4" thick cast acrylic, each wall was assembled with Weld-On #3, then the entire core was painted Matte Black, which matches the anodized Black base. I didn't have time to take more photos of the assembly, sorry.

Thanks for the comment Bro! The core is what really made me marvel and cheap's design. The pieces fit together flawlessly.

Laser cutting acrylic sheet with individual pieces. These designs are HAWT! paper backing ignites!

    After peeling off paper backing.

HA! That's brilliant! It transforms into a truck too!
That's the first case frame I designed that went together without a hitch! I must celebrate. I bet there was still some cursing involved...No, I bet there was a lot of cursing involved.
Good call on the green motherboard tray. That should look cool peeking out of all the vents. So it's safe to assume you went with a single color for the plastic?

@ Brian, We are all ION men now

@ cheaps, I don't curse, I remain silent while my body temperature rises to the point my head explodes. This is after the 4th attempt of trying to prop odd ball acrylic pieces together while there curing. And do it without getting any air bubbles in the flat surfaces. I'll stick to using screws from here on

@ razer121, thank you for dropping in with your support!

UV Green acrylic vents, cool heat sink style fins. It's located on the left side of the cube, it covers one of the vented exhaust openings.

I used the Weld-On #3 acrylic cement to join the tips of the fins to this base. Notice how clean the application was, no signs of cement. When you set up the parts correctly, the Weld-On cement works great!

Otherwise I used 6/32 black oxide socket cap machine screws in various lengths throughout the assembly of the exterior features. They really complimented the overall theme nicely.

Designing acrylic spacers for the fins was a nice touch cheaps!
