QPAD XT-R Mouse Pad

Sponsor: QPAD

Price: 47.00 EUR

Author: Tazz

Published: Mon, Apr-09-2007

 Description:

As I review the mouse pads from QPAD they seem to keep getting better and better. We have already been over the QPAD CT & EC-R. Both pads received high marks for their performance and design. Now we are going to take a look at the last one, the QPAD XT-R. This mouse pad utilizes a highly durable plastic designed to give you the critical edge in control and precision. Its unique shape stretches the sweet spot, providing a wide area of movement for pinpoint accuracy.

 First Impression:

Like with the QPAD EC-R, the XT-R comes packed in a tin container for easy transport and for its protection. I have had several products come in damaged over the last couple of years. Nothing sucks more than having to call or email someone to tell them the item they just sent came in damaged.

The container is fully padded with foam on the XT-R as well. This might be overkill for a mouse pad, but hey for the price we pay, I think we deserver a little extra  for our buck every now and then. The XT-R also comes with two Q Dome stickers and five of the QPAD Glidz for your mouse. Not only is QPAD giving you a professional mouse pad with a fully padded tin container to transport it, they also give you some new feet for your mouse. Unfortunately the QPAD Glidz might not be applicable for your mouse. As I mentioned in the EC-R review, they will not work very well with a Logitech G7 or a Razer Copperhead mouse.
