That is so cool looking. One thing that's for sure is that you have a painter that is top notch, so don't let him get away! I would love to come up and visit but won't be able to until the 14th for my VA Hospital appointment. I'll be coming up on I-35 from the Faribault area, if I can make it to your shop where do I go? Happy Modding to ya.

Thank you guys! I really like the design flow too. For the top fan grill, I'm using the American Kenpo patch design, but we're gonna personalize the design a bit more, to fit our customer's background who used to instruct American Kenpo. (more on this later)

I converted the logo to grayscale, then scaled the diameter of the Dojo (center ring) to 80mm for the Lian Li's top fan grill design, which will be punched out later for better ventilation

The Dragon & Tiger enter the dojo

Using Excato blade to cut out the logo

I'm still debating about how I want to make this grill.. The easiest way will be to cut the design out, then paint on the logo ...I'll probally use "Plastruct", which is styrene plastic commonly used for modeling... maybe 1/8" thick. Why Plastruct instead of Acrylic? It's easier to cut and less messy..

I started cutting the Kenpo patch/fan grill yesterday in a 1/16" thick sheet of styrene plastic.
Tracing paper template

Using tin snips to cut outline

Using Rotary tool with Dremel attachment #107

Now it's in Brad's hand for some airbrush action!

Looking good, working with Plastruct is easy, I've used it for working with my model trains. I believe the only way that I'll be in the area on Friday will be if the VA keeps me in the hospital and I do everything I can to stay out of that one. Right now I'm hoping that I'll be sent home. My wife will be taking off from work to get me there and back. She finally got a job, she started last Tuesday. Hotdog!! Happy Modding to ya.

Howdy razer, this is one sweet unit isn't it. I try to make it online as much as I can. It's becoming a pain in my butt, this back problem. Happy Modding to ya.

Ok, shorty.. Hope they can fix that pain!

I took some shots of the blowhole grill with 80mm ACRyan Blackfire led fan.

To add a nice finished touch to the "Dragon Meter" custom HD activity meter, I used this machined aluminum 3.5" bay cover made by Mnpctech. I first measured the distance between the center of the leds, then drilled the holes on a drill press using 3/16" drill bit.

3.5" machined aluminum bay cover dresses up 3.5" bays
