**update**
ok so ive been hiding sumit a little while now which should be here in the next 3-5 days Smile

anyways onto the update only a small one but here go's

now i cant use my dvd-rw drive as it died Sad

i killed it by mistake so ive got his coolermaster thingy as the top drive and i decided it may have a window now but it still looks plain? so why not had some uv reactive leds inside there to light it up abit Smile

so first i needed to give them a power source, i decided to solder them right to the power source of the drive,

then i hot glued the wire in place so it wouldnt move.......

and yes of course there's the added uv cable tidy lol its pink...but ment to be red haha anyways here it is with the leds installed and turned on

you may not see very well but it does look awesome when the lights are out Smile

i will get a finshed picture of it in the next few hours Smile

Well i dont believe it razer, you dropped ya drive how unfair and unlucky, im sure you will get another one soon, its a really superb job ya doin on this mod razer, mayb you should really think about going pro?

ok, so get ready this is one long old update! Smile

so here we go......wow lol
ive been keepin this relli low as it is yep u guessd it the psu! haha im entering it into the "mod ur psu contest" so thought i would keep it all hush hush Smile

so lets get started...

this is it, i started to mod it already but decided a decent homemade complete makover!
so back to getting the old casing back out...

started of by cuting new line holes in the back,

oh yea and i decided to go shiney, but i also decided to keep it rugged so not dead shiney Smile

time to cut some holes...........

and look at what happens.....
agen!!!!!!

typical cheap rubbish, no im joking it has a design fault wollys now dont sell this dremel no more because of me lol thats the 3rd arm i have had from them....anyways back to the mod!

after cutting all holes,

now its time to do some etchin and LED wireing and also all the other crap that go's with it Smile

i decided to do my tag (razer) on one side, a lion on the other, and on the top an X with tribal coming away from it,

so here it is finshed Smile

i have some nice shots here...

it was really hard to get it all lite up in the dark so i had to use my phone so sorry about the poor pics...

i decided to put everything back into my pc as it is going to a lan party tomoz!! woot cant wait Smile

little update, not on the wrok with this but, the new bits i got today hehe!

chek this out,

my new psu, 550watt and my new 7600gt graphics card to sli with my other one yay!

the new setup now

i tryed it out on 3d mark with no overclockin and got a score of 9634!!!!!! very happy thats double from when i did it without sli!! so yep i would say get sli! worth it Smile

lol yea i am going to sleeve the cables, jus gotta buy the stuff today hehe, also duno if anyone else has had a psu like this but..., it has 6 molex connectors! ive never came across one like it lol

well, thats the end of this as im closing it here, i was going to spray it all up but....ive decided i need a new case, i want to start from scratch going with a sci-fi kind of look, abit like the doom 3 case i saw once appon atime..... anyways this is the new case im thinking of using,

this i suppose you could say would be my first real custom computer mod, other then the car-pc...but anyways i want to place a plasma ball at the front, blowhole possibly above it, and a blow hole on top, for the side its likly to have all sorts of army parts created for it lol, also going to be having heat pipe all over it, i want to go to the exstream and push my skill that i have learnd form this site to the limits, this time round no pre-modded case just the full on custom case, well i am not going to start a work log on this yet, not untill i have a basic design fully in my head, also im going to be buying new parts this time round, and i want to convert the rear 80mm fan to a 120mm fan..that could be some work but who nos what will come out of this, well

if anyone has any ideas, im always open to hear them! p.s just post it all on this worklog, when i get it going it will get posted just look out for it, its going to be called,

razerhot, the name may change soon thats just a code name for it.

what the case im usin now? or the new one im going to mod...if its the new one im going to mod, im sorry but i have no idea as i bought it of ebay a few months ago (came with a comp and so on), but anyways sorry i cant help...
