The notebook power adapter is probably one of the most replaced components a notebook user has to replace. Whether it is due to the fact that the dog found a new chew toy, or you forgot it at home. Having a spare power adapter on hand is a wise investment. Cooler Master recently released their SNA (Slim Notebook Adapter) 95. The SNA 95 is a universal notebook adapter that comes with a total of nine different connectors that gives you the flexibility to charge a wide range of different devices. So let's see how the SNA 95 performs for us today.
First Impression:
The Cooler Master SNA 95 comes in a standard retail box. The front has a window in it to show off the charger itself along with a few icons along the lower portion showing the devies it supports. Flipping over to the rear you are greated with a side profile shot and a list of the main features.
The contents of the package are held firmly inplace with the use of a clamshell style clear plastic cover. The upper half holds the SNA 95 itself while the lower half holds the carrying bag, power cord, and tip connectors and base.
The Cooler Master SNA 95 stated to be the worlds smallest 95W notebook power adapter comes in just under 3 inches wide, just under 6 inches long, and is right at 3/4 of an inch tall (without the base). With it's H-shaped base, it allows you to wrap the cords up when not in use for storage. The inclusion of the nine tips (one installed on the cord - eight in the tip holder) allows you to charge multiple laptops and /or other devices. To top it all off, they have included a nice little carrying bag to keep everything together.
