|For our game testing part of the review we try to use some of the most common games that represent the different DirectX environments. DirectX 9-11 games are used to show how older and newer games respond to the devices and at different resolutions. Either game demos that have built in benchmarking capabilities or Fraps is used to give us our testing scores. One thing that I would like to point out is that when the results are available we like to show the minimum framerate. This is an important factor when looking for your next graphic card upgrade, why you ask? You can increase the frame rates on just about any video card and boast that it can do 175 FPS, but how the card acts at its lowest point will tell you more about the video card. If the card can handle a heavy load and still give a minimum of 32 frames per second then you know you will have no problems during game play.

FarCry 2 DX10
The above chart shows us that the Sapphire HD 6950 is able to give us a better performing card at the minimum frame rate testing.
